Awarded by the Silver Medal at the Geneva International Exhibition of Inventions.Special and unique display without hours and minutes hands in a refined dial, combining digital and numerical displays, for a wandering jumping hour!
The time is read through an aperture that wanders around the rim of the dial. The angular position of the aperture indicates the minutes and while the hour is indicated in the aperture. When the aperture arrives at the top of the dial, the hour changes. A big second hand gives life to this mysterious watch.

Baladin is the story of time, enclosed in an aperture, moving to tell the minutes all around the dial. With its position, it shows you, naturally, the present time !
Every three hours, that it is not a number but a letter, the initial of the four cardinal points, which appear in the aperture... also to avoid to read 6 instead of 9 and 9 instead of 6 when the aperture is at 6 o’clock … S for Six o’clock, N for Nine o’clock, M for Midday / Midnight, T for Three o’clock.
